This flavour was developed when we had gelato shops on the Island of Maui.  THere was a goat dairy on Island called Surfing Goat Dairy and they made the most amazing Lilikoi Quark goat cheese.  Lilikoi is the Hawaiian word for Passion Fruit. We have recreated this flavour here for our Island using fresh goat cheese and Passion Fruit purée.  The creamyness of the goat cheese combined with the tart sweet of the Lilikoi is like tasting Aloha.
